Job Title: Engineering Project Director

This is a high-level management position responsible for leading and directing the development of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing large-scale engineering projects, with a strong background in project management principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project strategies to achieve business objectives;">
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and engineers;">
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;">
  • Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;">
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities;">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination;">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the oil and gas industry. A master's degree is preferred. Professional engineering or survey license is an asset.

Extensive knowledge and expertise in pipeline and facility design, construction, and operations; strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills; exceptional leadership and communication skills; proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
