This is an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact on the city's commercial landscape. As Legal Counsel – Commercial, you will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and success.


About the Role
  • Provide expert legal advice and support on complex commercial matters, including large-scale construction contracts and major projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills to resolve disputes and build strong relationships.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years post-admission experience in commercial law, preferably with expertise in construction, infrastructure, or major projects.
  • Strong background in intellectual property and information technology, with ability to provide strategic legal advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with capacity to mentor and support junior lawyers.
