Overview Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel | Part-Time – Dare Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia Role An exciting opportunity exists for a Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel to join the business on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
This role offers the chance to operate at a high level in a high performing private equity firm with flexibility and work-life balance.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior leadership and external legal advisors across a diverse scope of work.
Responsibilities Support with fund and deal execution Compliance management under the firm's AFSL Drafting and reviewing investment agreements, NDAs, fund documentation and a range of other commercial agreements Compliance committee involvement and portfolio company support Oversight of policy updates and external-facing documentation Providing internal legal education General in-house legal duties About You / Qualifications 4+ years' post admission experience General corporate / commercial law experience A sound understanding of the Australian financial services regulatory environment Strong stakeholder management skills and sound commercial judgment Experience in funds management or wholesale fund structures will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
Private practice lawyers and current in-house lawyers are equally encouraged to apply.
