The RoleThe People & Culture Officer will play a key role in shaping the culture and policies that support our staff and students.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures, providing support and guidance to staff members, and working collaboratively with senior leaders.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in HR or a related field
- Knowledge of best practices in people management
