Service Leader Job Description

As a Service Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team and valued customers within the Capalaba Hub. This position requires a leader who can promote effective communication, drive continuous improvement, and foster skill development among team members.

Key responsibilities include providing supervision and support to customers, utilizing expertise in managing complex needs in community access and hub settings. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, facilitating support, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication.

Job Requirements:

  • A current Open Driver's Licence is required for this role.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate is also necessary.
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing Challenging and Complex Behaviours is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven de-escalation techniques skills.
  • Ability to implement care plans confidently.
  • Effective roster management skills.
  • Proficiency in timesheet administration.
