Senior Beauty Advisor Opportunity

We have 34 stores across Australia and New Zealand, along with an expanding online platform. This is a full-time role based in the Sydney CBD, offering diverse store opportunities and head office positions.

This exciting opportunity is for a Senior Beauty Advisor to join our Parramatta store as part of the management team. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example, embodying the Sephora experience through delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing our DNA.
  • Driving sales growth by exceeding KPIs and consistently improving team performance through coaching and supporting their development.
  • Utilizing data insights to inform operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors.
  • Facilitating open communication within the team, providing effective feedback, and maintaining consistent communication with the Management team.
  • Serving as the point of contact when acting as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.

You will have the opportunity to work across all categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as various store functions such as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers will be provided to help you succeed.

Requirements

  • You must be willing to work a rotating roster to support store needs.
  • Previous retail management experience is required, covering areas like managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting is essential.
  • You should be a hands-on leader who thrives on motivating, coaching, and helping team members achieve success.
  • You are passionate about delivering excellent client service and experiential retail, ensuring your store represents the Sephora brand.
  • You believe in maintaining a strong and positive culture where everyone feels valued, recognized, and empowered to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
  • You drive results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Please note that each store has its own individual needs. Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this opportunity.

The ideal candidate must be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
