We are looking for a Home Care Worker to provide home help services to our aged care clients in the Hornsby area.
- General housekeeping and making beds
- Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors
- Washing, folding and ironing laundry
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities
- Helping the family carer to have a break or an opportunity to do other things.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Experience of 3 months or more in a similar professional role, with experience in aged care OR no experience but you have genuine interest in community care or aged care
