Support Worker Opportunity

Discover a career where care goes both ways, travelling to visit clients across Hornsby, Thornleigh, Pennant Hills and surrounding areas.

We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to make a difference in our clients' lives by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing emotional support and connecting with our clients, assisting with daily tasks including cleaning, tidying, washing, and other tasks within the client's care plan.
  • Transporting clients to appointments and shopping.
  • Preparing meals.
  • Offering social support or respite for family/carers.
  • Assisting with personal care, including showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained).
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older Australians in the community.
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people.
  • Reliable team player.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety.
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support highly regarded (but not essential).
  • An Australian driver's licence and access to a registered motor vehicle (essential).
