Cake Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create visually appealing baked goods for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cake decorating or a comparable field, with basic math skills and relevant training. Your responsibilities will include checking cake orders, preparing production schedules, removing products from pans, garnishing and packaging cakes, and maintaining a clean working environment.

  • Check the cake order stand for special requests.
  • Prepare daily production schedules and pull stock from freezers or coolers as needed.
  • Remove products from pans.
  • Garnish and package baked cheesecakes, seasonal pies, and cakes according to assembly instructions.
  • Place finished products on racks and transfer them to coolers, freezers, or wrapping areas.
  • Maintain the decorating area clean and free of debris.
  • Ensure correct date labeling is completed.

You will also be required to follow proper Bakery Department safety and security procedures, complete SSOP guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and assist with other bakery duties as needed.
