About the Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Waitstaff and Runners to join our team at Lucas Restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a best-in-class dining experience for our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage tables and ensure timely service, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Upsell and promote our menu offerings to enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Waitstaff or Runner in a premium restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
