Our approach is Australian, yet unbound by traditional dining norms, creating venues and experiences to be shared with others.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Experienced Waitstaff to join our team at Batard. As a member of our premium dining team, you will be part of a dedicated group committed to excellence and delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Experience as a Waitstaff in a high-end venue
  • Impeccable presentation and exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations
  • Adaptability and ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • A valid RSA certificate
