Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Logistics Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials, equipment, and supplies throughout our operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and deliveries
  • Loading and unloading large equipment using pallet jacks
  • Processing inbound shipments and verifying contents
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to resolve issues and optimize delivery times
  • Supporting the development of plans to optimize the flow and delivery of parts through their lifecycle
  • Collaborating with Datacenter Operations Technicians to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts and equipment
  • Working closely with Procurement teams to ensure seamless ordering and delivery processes
  • Communicating effectively with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and meet business requirements
  • Supporting a 24/7 environment and handling sensitive/classified client materials
  • Operating various transportation vehicles and equipment

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate machinery
