Are you ready to take on a challenging leadership role in a luxury retail business? As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy of the store and providing direction to the sales teams.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record of success in managing high-performing teams. You will be responsible for analyzing the performance of the business, determining a focused action plan to improve results, and leveraging your clients, team, visual merchandising, product assortment, and in-store operations to achieve this goal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing business performance and developing strategies to improve results
  • Providing direction to the store leadership and sales teams
  • Driving a daily focus on providing feedback and coaching to develop a winning culture
  • Ensuring a seamless and luxurious client experience is delivered consistently
  • Developing a client development plan to engage and grow high-value clients

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience leading teams of at least 15 people in a retail or client-focused environment. You will also need experience in sales generation, managing achievement of sales results, working towards targets and KPIs, and partnering with high-net-worth individuals in a selling environment.

In addition to these skills, we are looking for someone who can inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism both with clients and staff members. You should be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and be flexible to work in various roles based on business needs.
