Job Description

This permanent part-time role involves working as the face and hands behind our brand, providing an amazing Grill'd experience front of house, and prepping quality ingredients in the kitchen. You'll become a whizz at all stations, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean restaurant.

Requirements

We welcome previous experience in customer-facing or kitchen environments, but this is a great entry-level role with opportunities for training. You'll need to have a big appetite for learning, passion, leadership skills, and a positive attitude.

What We Offer

A competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, flexible rotating rosters, nationally recognized qualifications, and a free burger when you're on shift. You'll also receive discounts when you're not working and have opportunities for career progression.
