Roster Support Officer

Overview

As a Roster Support Officer, you will provide dedicated rostering and workforce management support services to nurse unit/line managers to achieve the optimal deployment of business unit resources.

This role involves working as part of a specialist team that provides advice and support to Line Managers and employees across the district.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rosters, coordinating workforce activities, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Workforce Systems and Establishment Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Provide administrative support to the Workforce Systems and Establishment Team
  • Coordinate workforce activities to meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. They will also have experience in roster management, workforce planning, and administrative support.

A degree in a related field, such as business administration or human resources, is highly desirable.
