The role of Roster Support Officer involves providing dedicated rostering and workforce management support services to nurse unit/line managers.
About the PositionThis is a temporary opportunity with the Workforce Systems and Establishment team at the Mackay Base Hospital, supporting specialist advice and services across the region.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver rostering and workforce management support services to meet business needs
- Collaborate closely with nurse unit/line managers to achieve optimal deployment of resources
We operate 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres, serving over 3,700 staff members and patients in regional settings.
