We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Workspace Experience Associate/Barista. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalised experiences for members and guests.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
  • Experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, adapting to the needs and preferences of guests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with members, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient multitasking abilities, maintaining focus and productivity in a dynamic environment.
  • A genuine passion for building relationships and effectively building rapport and fostering strong relationships.
