Job Description

The primary function of this role is to drive the global product sourcing strategy across apparel and soft accessories product categories. This entails evaluating new suppliers and geographies, and continually refining our supplier base to optimize for the best product execution.

This position works closely with the General Manager of Product to assess product needs and ensure we have the right balance in terms of quality/cost. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product sourcing strategy that aligns with business goals
  • Evaluate and select high-quality suppliers that meet company standards
  • Work closely with the GM of Product to assess product needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor supplier performance and communicate status to relevant stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sourcing and procurement in Asia, as well as experience in global product quality and vendor compliance requirements. Strong experience and drive in process development and improvement are also essential.

  • Extensive progressive and relevant experience within the apparel industry
  • Experience in product and range development processes, garment construction, and critical path management
  • Proven experience as a people leader, skilled in developing and leading cross-cultural teams
