This position requires an integral member of our dynamic design team. Your expertise will drive the creation of stunning visual content that resonates with customers.
You will identify and interpret global market trends to develop commercially viable graphic designs that meet Kmart's unique 'handwriting.' Your portfolio should showcase your ability to create desirable, on-trend print artwork for women.
- Develop commercial, customer-focused graphics applied to product ranges that reflect Kmart's 'handwriting.'
- Collaborate with designers to create coordinated artwork across ranges.
- Forecast and implement graphic trends using global markets to add value through graphic design and sales.
- Interpret range architecture to create commercial, customer-focused graphics.
- Support overseas graphic designers and ensure coordination for commercial graphic outcomes.
- Create desirable graphics applied to products in line with Kmart's 'handwriting'.
- 5+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer apparel in a print or graphic design role within apparel design.
- Graphic Design, Surface Pattern, Illustration design degree or similar.
- High proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
