About the Role

Deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions to enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Social Worker to make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment.
  • Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC, AASW.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
