Training Compliance and Assurance Officer Role OverviewThis is a challenging and rewarding role for an individual who is passionate about ensuring high-quality training delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Job Description:
The Training Compliance and Assurance Officer will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions. This involves working closely with our training teams to ensure that all training materials and activities meet the required standards.The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ASQA Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 and general standards of practice in a technical training environment or Vocational Education and Training (VET) environment.In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Collaborate with training teams to develop and implement training solutions
