About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Manager to join our team at Cumberland Park, working with the Clinique brand. As a sales-driven individual, you will be responsible for building a solid client base through customer satisfaction and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and advice on a range of health and beauty products.
- Suggest products that meet customers' needs and close sales.
- Explain how products work and demonstrate how to use them.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate product launches, special events, and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in beauty.
- Build a strong client base.
- Attend regular training sessions.
- Operate a cash register and EFTPOS facilities.
- Manage inventory and ensure displays are merchandised appropriately.
- Previous extensive experience as a Beauty Consultant.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Inventory management skills.
- Sales, demonstration, and up-selling experience.
- Industry knowledge.
- Brand knowledge.
- Cash handling and EFTPOS experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Willingness to supply or undergo a police check prior to commencement.
