About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team at National Pharmacies.

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice on a range of health and beauty products.

You will be a sales-focused individual with a commitment to building a solid client base through customer satisfaction and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service and advice on a range of health and beauty products.
  • Suggest products that meet customers' needs and close sales.
  • Explain how products work and demonstrate how to use them.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate product launches, special events, and promotions.
  • Keep up to date with the latest innovations in beauty.
  • Build a solid client base.
  • Attend regular training sessions.
  • Operate a cash register and EFTPOS facilities.
  • Manage inventory and ensure displays are merchandised appropriately.
Requirements
  • Previous extensive experience as a Beauty Consultant.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Inventory management.
  • Sales, demonstration, and up-selling experience.
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Brand knowledge.
  • Cash handling and EFTPOS experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Willingness to supply or undergo a police check prior to commencement.
