Senior Beauty Consultant - Prestige Brand Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Beauty Consultant to join our team at National Pharmacies. As a Senior Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to our customers, while also ensuring that our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.
  • Ensure customer transactions are processed correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Ensure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation in line with a prestige brand.
  • Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter.
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
  • Willingness to continue to learn about the products and services National Pharmacies offers.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
