Effective Coffee Machine Management

The role of Technical Services Manager drives the management of our coffee equipment to meet customer service agreements. This position oversees a team of specialists across technical services and support, working from both North Sydney and Kingsgrove.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage teams for machine installations, technical services support, training, spare parts warehousing, and equipment supply planning
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining service excellence
  • Manage supplier relationships, including contract management, ensuring service level agreements are being met
  • Collaborate with out of home sales teams on equipment strategy and portfolio selection
  • Manage equipment and spare parts inventory

Requirements

  • At least 7 years' experience in similar roles, focusing on high-level customer service
  • Experience working with coffee equipment is beneficial
  • Experience collaborating with out of home sales teams is beneficial
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to build and deliver strategies
  • Experience managing budgets and implementing cost-effective solutions
