About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our greenhouse operations. Reporting directly to the Grower, this key role involves driving team performance and ensuring the highest standards of quality.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about agriculture and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a diverse team of growers and support staff to achieve operational excellence;
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall quality of produce;
  3. Maintain a safe working environment that adheres to industry standards and regulations;
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion;
  5. Foster open communication and ensure seamless information flow throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in greenhouse management or a related field;
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving results-driven goals;
  • Degree in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field;
  • Strong understanding of greenhouse operations, including crop production, pest management, and irrigation systems;
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
