Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a large, multi-skilled team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality leadership experience, with a proven track record of achieving financial and business targets. They will also possess highly developed customer service skills and current industry qualifications such as RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager.

In addition to their technical skills, the Assistant Manager will be a strong communicator and team player who can motivate and inspire others to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a large, multi-skilled team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Achieve financial and business targets through effective management and planning.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of customer service across all areas of the business.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Relevant hospitality leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their best.
  • Current industry qualifications such as RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager.
