Safety and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our client's team on their large-scale mine sites in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with site leaders and teams to implement effective risk management strategies
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification
- Cert IV in OH&S and Cert IV in Training and Assessing
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the civil or mining sector
- Current Rio Tinto inductions desirable
- A competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
