About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team at Duratec Australia. As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will play a critical role in championing safety compliance efforts across various projects in the Northwest.

In this role, you will work closely with our Safety Lead to provide guidance and support on health and safety matters, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company procedures. Your expertise will be essential in creating and implementing HSEQ documentation, advising and educating site personnel, and administering incident and hazard reporting processes.

You will also conduct site inspections and audits, pre-starts, and Toolbox meetings, as well as coordinate training programs and maintain the company's Integrated Management System to the 45001, 9001, 14001, and OFSC accreditation levels.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a HSE advisor role, specifically within a construction company. You will be an enthusiastic advocate for safety, with the ability to influence others and communicate effectively. Your qualifications in Health & Safety, or equivalent, and current Driver's License are essential.
