About the Role

We are seeking a customer experience professional with excellent communication skills to drive our outreach efforts.

This role will involve developing and executing targeted engagement strategies, leveraging real-time data and insights to identify high-intent leads and deliver personalized advice that showcases our unique value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide tailored support to prospective students through various channels, fostering strong relationships and guiding them throughout their application journey.
  • To develop in-depth knowledge of our courses, pathways, and services, ensuring accurate and compelling advice is provided to future students.
  • To utilize student systems and data to create segmented lead lists and profile prospective students for targeted campaigns, driving funnel progression.
  • To track student engagement via CRM and automation platforms, identifying follow-up opportunities and delivering data-informed communication.
  • To monitor and report on recruitment and conversion activities, measuring success and refining our strategic approach.
  • To collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies, brief enquiry teams on outreach activities, and share insights and tactics to enhance conversion outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in sales, marketing, and/or telemarketing environments, with a comprehensive understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion principles.
  • The ability to build trust and meaningful connections with future students, demonstrating cross-cultural sensitivity and strong problem-solving skills to help customers overcome obstacles.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and compile data to support the development of targeted profile lists.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Skill at navigating and building partnerships with internal stakeholders through excellent communication, networking, and negotiation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to coordinate outreach activities, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
