This integral position involves leading a Venue Manager - Multi Site role on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be a driven and successful manager with experience in building a team and running venues at optimum efficiency.

The key focus areas include developing revenue-generating strategies, identifying operational improvements, establishing effective policies, and leading a high-performing team through strong leadership.

The role entails:

  • Leveraging hospitality management expertise to develop and execute strategic plans that drive venue success.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, financial performance, and overall presentation of all venues.
  • Managing financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Identifying opportunities for operational improvement throughout all venues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Overseeing workforce planning including rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements.
  • Inspiring, leading, and developing a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing obligations and industry legislation

Suitable candidates require:

  • Minimum 5 years multi-venue senior management experience in food and beverage, including gaming.
  • Current RSA, Gaming Licence, and RMLV Approved Manager accreditation.
  • Proven experience in building and growing gaming and hospitality venues to reach their full potential.
  • Ability to generate and implement revenue-building ideas throughout venues.
  • Strong staff management experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Business Management (desired)
