Your Role: Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you'll lead by taking ownership of a key area of the venue, such as Customer Experience, Training & Development, Local Area Marketing, or Inventory Management. You will work alongside the Venue Manager to drive performance, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of a core pillar of the venue and lead it effectively
  • Motivate the team to deliver outstanding service
  • Oversee daily operations, shift management, and team support
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are maintained
  • Train new team members and foster a strong team culture
  • Handle feedback constructively and turn challenges into opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year in a hospitality leadership or supervisory role
  • Responsibility-driven with initiative
  • Strong communication and natural leadership skills
  • Ability to stay level-headed under pressure and a passion for people
  • Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset
