We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Electorate Officer. This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity with the possibility of extension to an ongoing role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Member of Parliament and their team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders
  • Assist with media and stakeholder engagement
  • Perform parliamentary duties as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
