About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a key member of our Circle of Care, you will provide essential support to clients in their daily lives, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, providing companionship, and delivering high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each client. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services, always prioritizing the well-being and safety of our clients.

  • You will have a big heart, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
  • You will be personable, approachable, and able to build strong relationships with clients and their loved ones.
  • You must be located within the Shepparton area and willing to travel to clients' homes, using your own vehicle and ensuring you have comprehensive insurance coverage.
  • You must have consistent availability and be flexible to meet the changing needs of our clients.
