We are seeking a Senior Executive to join a Real Estate Credit Origination team. This is a leadership role driving the next phase of platform growth, responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing real estate credit transactions across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead origination of new lending opportunities and maintain borrower relationships
  • Prepare and present term sheets and Investment Committee submissions
  • Oversee deal execution and due diligence with asset management teams
  • Contribute to product development and growth strategy
  • Mentor junior originators and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Represent the business externally, promoting the platform to clients and the market

Candidate Profile

  • Strong client networks and proven track record of deal execution
  • Skilled in financial modelling, credit analysis, and risk assessment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capability
  • Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-growth environment
