Real Estate Private Credit Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Real Estate Credit Origination team.
Key Responsibilities:- Originate new lending opportunities and build strong relationships with borrowers
- Present term sheets and Investment Committee submissions, ensuring successful deal execution
- Oversee deal execution, due diligence, and asset management collaboration
- Contribute to product development and strategic growth initiatives
- Mentor junior colleagues, fostering a high-performance work environment
- A strong track record of client connections and successful deal execution
- Excellent financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk assessment skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment
This is a senior leadership position that requires a high level of expertise, experience, and success in real estate private credit origination. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead teams, drive business growth, and deliver results in a complex and dynamic environment.
