Housekeeping Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our hotel.

Your primary role will involve handling guest and employee enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, providing a courteous and professional service at all times. You will also be responsible for monitoring and performing the daily rotation of Housekeeping stock, as well as performing routine cleaning tasks throughout the hotel.

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive and personalized service
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of housekeeping supplies
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks in public areas and rooms
  • Assist with moving furniture for special room setups

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year experience as a houseman/room attendant in a 5-star hotel
  • Manual handling ability
  • Knowledge of hygiene standards
  • Good interpersonal skills
