Job Overview

We are seeking an efficient and detail-focused Housekeeper to support our Housekeeping team. In this key role, you will assist in maintaining the comfort, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere of our hotel by delivering linen supplies, ensuring guest rooms and corridors are tidy, and managing lost property.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver essential amenities and supplies to designated areas.
  • Support the team in maintaining clean and organised guest accommodations and public spaces.
  • Report any maintenance issues promptly and manage lost property procedures.
  • Respond to guest requests and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Participate in workplace safety and environmental sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience (desired).
  • Good verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Able to work flexibly with a focus on service quality and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and strong time management skills.
