The Role We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the establishment and growth of our operations in WA, including operational readiness for a new electronic detonator facility.
You will drive strategic business development initiatives, develop and execute regional business development strategies, and build strong relationships with mining clients, regulators, and government bodies.
Responsibilities- Lead the establishment and growth of our operations in WA
- Support feasibility and planning for a Powerboost plant
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies
- Build strong relationships with mining clients, regulators, and government bodies
You will also act as a brand ambassador, promoting our Vision, Mission, and Values in the WA market.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, Engineering or an MBA
- Minimum 8 years' experience in commercial or business development roles
- Proven success in stakeholder engagement, market expansion, and operations within explosives or chemical manufacturing
- Familiarity with WA's mining landscape and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in financial modelling and tendering
