We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts and components across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong focus on accuracy and service, with a proven ability to maintain accurate inventory levels using JDE or similar ERP systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and dispatch parts and components in accordance with operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels using JDE or similar ERP systems.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and manage overstock/obsolete items as required.
- Support purchasing decisions by providing inventory insights.
- Partner with maintenance, planning, and workshop teams to align stores activities with operational needs.
- Champion a safe and compliant work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current WA Driver's Licence and Forklift Ticket (essential).
- Demonstrated experience in stores or inventory control, ideally in mining, heavy industry, or logistics.
- Working knowledge of JD Edwards or similar ERP system (SAP, Oracle).
- A strong focus on safety, accuracy, and service.
- Willingness to work in a remote site in varying conditions on a 4/3 roster.
- HR driver's license and parts interpretation skills are highly regarded.
