Stock Lead Position

The Stock Lead is a critical role within our retail team, responsible for maintaining accurate and optimized floor stock levels. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with management to replenish stock as needed.
  • Present size offerings in an attractive manner to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Manage receipting issues, including missing stock and discrepancies, by collaborating with head office personnel.
  • Process faulty or damaged products on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy on the retail floor at all times.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports under the guidance of store management.
  • Participate in stocktakes and assist at other stores when required.
  • Develop strategic stock planning in conjunction with the management team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail stock management with leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to coordinate popular stock ordering and manage inventory effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong sales/communications abilities.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain positive.
  • Weekend availability is essential (Saturday or Sunday).
