Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to shape our quality assurance framework and culture across our technological landscape.

This role requires someone who can develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with our business goals and technological innovations. They will create and deploy testing frameworks that incorporate manual and automated testing to enhance software delivery speed, efficiency, and scalability while maintaining high quality standards.

The successful candidate will act as the main quality assurance contact among management, technology teams, and external partners, driving consensus on quality standards and practices.

They will design and manage quality metrics and reporting systems to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Furthermore, they will build and lead a high-performing team of Quality Engineers, fostering professional growth and motivation.

Regularly, they will assess and improve testing processes to ensure robustness and adaptability.

Additionally, they will identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent service disruptions.

Ultimately, this role is critical in ensuring our software systems meet and set industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Agilist (desirable).
  • At least 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, including 3+ years in a leadership role within financial services or wealth management technology.
  • Proven experience as a QA / Test Lead or Manager in fintech or wealth management sectors.
  • Expertise in automated testing frameworks like Selenium, and experience with CI/CD environments.
  • Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.
  • Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to foster innovation.
