Job Opportunity

As a key member of our Building Estimating department, you will play a pivotal part in driving business success by reducing ETO across the organization.

You will be responsible for daily operations, best practice delivery, management, and workflow of the Building Estimating Team. Your role will involve:

  • Ensuring jobs are scheduled accurately
  • Reviewing and implementing quality assurance processes
  • Leading root cause initiatives to enhance margins
  • Managing team member KPIs and performance discussions
  • Driving positive staff engagement
  • Developing technical improvements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in working with and leading a large and diverse team
  • Recode knowledge and town planning expertise
  • Stakeholder management and delivery of cost enhancements
  • Relevant qualification and/or building degree
