As a key business partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective execution of our organisation's strategy. You will be responsible for analysing data, identifying insights, and providing operational support to ensure seamless coordination across various departments involved in bringing products or services to market in a commercial way.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting and planning activities, in collaboration with sales leadership, to develop accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources optimally.
- Drive improvement and efficiency of marketing and sales teams, and help drive effective sales objectives, strategies, and programs.
- Analyse GTM-related data, including sales performance, market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive intelligence, to derive actionable insights.
- Evaluate and optimise GTM (including sales and marketing) processes and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness across GTM operations.
- Lead the tracking of sales performance against targets and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an equivalent role in a SaaS/Technology business.
- Highly developed stakeholder management and credible influencing skills.
- Advanced, analytical problem-solving skills, strong data literacy, and strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly developed communication skills and ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations from data.
- Preference for experience/use of Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Oracle BI, SQL queries).
