Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain room cleaning productivity.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback to Housekeeping team members.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper with staffing schedules, attendance monitoring, and labour planning.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of stocks, guest supplies, and linens.
