As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. You will lead by example, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and guiding the housekeeping team to ensure they meet standards and benchmarks
  • Providing feedback on room conditions, identifying areas that require deep cleaning, repairs, or replacement
  • Implementing our 'Veri-Best' housekeeping processes and policies within the team
  • Building strong relationships with teammates and guests
  • Ensuring clear communication between housekeeping and other hotel teams
