**Role Overview:**

The Department of Justice and Community Safety is committed to delivering exceptional wellbeing supports and debriefing services to community youth justice staff. We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Professional to join our team and contribute to the development of state-wide community-based youth justice services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Allied Health professional to work with a multi-disciplined team of professionals, delivering high-quality wellbeing programs and managing complex clinical cases.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver mental health support and debriefing services to community youth justice staff
  • Facilitate supervision or reflective practice in complex or high-risk environments

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level in the provision of mental health support
  • Significant experience in assessment, individual and group treatment models with complex populations
  • Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia or Membership of the Australian Association of Social Work
