Vehicle Refinisher - Quality Workmanship

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Refinisher to join our team and undertake quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and prepare vehicles for repairs
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components
  • Label and store parts
  • Notate broken parts and submit to Estimator as requested
  • Check new parts for defects and communicate with Parts Manager/Production Manager
  • Colour match and paint vehicles
  • Build and maintain colour library
  • Repair and restore vehicles to original condition
  • Handle all company tools and equipment with due care and attention
About You:
  • Trade qualified Vehicle Refinisher
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong commitment to working safely
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Be reliable, punctual & hardworking
Minimum Requirements:
  • AQF Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years experience
