Customer Service Expert Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service professional to enhance the financial wellbeing of our customers and deliver outstanding experiences.

This role requires you to work in a contact centre environment, assisting customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or digital channels. You will also be required to work face-to-face with customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing customer support through various communication channels;
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals;

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge;
