We are seeking a seasoned Knowledge Professional to join our esteemed Legal Excellence & Risk team.

  • This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position (four days per week) with the opportunity for hybrid working, including from modern, open plan offices and work-from-home arrangements. We provide the necessary equipment plus reimbursement for additional expenses.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Client Solutions, Information Technology, Business Development, and Learning & Development teams to provide professional support to all lawyers and partners within the national Commercial practice, focusing on the Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Financial Services, and Tax sections.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement precedents and project plans for the national Commercial practice groups in collaboration with the Head of Knowledge and section leaders.
  • Foster development and execution of technical solutions and document process improvements.
  • Draft and maintain precedents.
  • Ensure compliance with style guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop workflows and precedent suites for automation platforms.
  • Conduct file audits with the Risk team.
  • Write key matter summaries for business development purposes.
  • Stay abreast of legislative and case law changes and provide updates to the Commercial practice groups.
  • Prepare and deliver legal educational training sessions.
  • Provide style, precedents, and writing training to the organization.

About You:

  • A minimum of four years of post-admission experience in Corporate and Commercial law.
  • A strong interest in knowledge sharing, precedent development, and style compliance.
  • Advanced document drafting and contract review skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and project manage independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Keen interest and experience in delivering training.
